Privacy policy

What we collect

Document answers. While you fill in a document, your answers are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us. They reach our servers only when you choose to buy, and only so we can generate and deliver your document.

Email address. Needed to deliver the document you paid for and to contact you about that purchase.

Payment data. Handled entirely by our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.

Analytics. Aggregate page and event data used to understand which pages work. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We do not store your document at all. It is generated at the moment of purchase, emailed to you as an attachment, and discarded. Your answers are held only for the seconds it takes to build the file. Purchase records held by our merchant of record are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@example.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies of our own. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they are listed here before they are switched on.
