Refund policy

If the document is not what you expected, email support@example.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to return anything.

Why we do this

Most legal form sites treat digital sales as final. We think a landlord should be able to buy a $19 document without risk — and we would rather refund an unhappy customer than argue with one.

There is nothing to cancel

Every purchase is one-time. There is no trial that converts, no subscription, and no stored card. If you never come back, you are never charged again.
